TOPAZ TURKISH PROPERTIES is a subsidiary company of Sunset Group, which was founded in 1987 as a Holiday Club dealing with European tourists. Over the years the Sunset Group has expanded and has become one of the largest in the Fethiye region of Turkey.

Sunset Group owns 30 retail outlets, a group A travel agency, a holiday complex in the heart of Hisaronu and the well known Sultan Mehmet Turkish Baths.

In 1995 Topaz Design and Construction was established by Sunset Group to meet the needs of the growing number of European home buyers. Since then Topaz Design has successfully completed over 100 residential and commercial projects, ranging from hotels and shops to apartments and luxury villas.
